1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "xh555," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the xh555 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating under international gaming regulations.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the xh555 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal xh555 player account created upon successful registration.
• "Platform" means the xh555 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services accessible at xh555.org.
• "Games" means all casino games, slots, live dealer tables, jackpot fishing titles, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Sports Betting" means all pre-match and in-play wagering markets including but not limited to cricket, football, and other sporting events offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, deposit match, or other incentive offered by xh555 to players subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used on the xh555 Platform for Pakistani players.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion available to all registered players.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between xh555 and the Player with respect to use of the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register for and use an xh555 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of xh555 or any of its affiliate companies, game providers, or software vendors.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended xh555 account. Only one account per player is permitted at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account where applicable. xh555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided at registration.

By completing registration and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy as incorporated by reference herein.

3 Account Management

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xh555 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xh555 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility until you notify xh555 of a security breach.

You must notify xh555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.

Account Verification (KYC)

xh555 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before any withdrawal may be processed, and at any other time xh555 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account is registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Accounts providing false or fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). xh555 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 200 to dormant account balances after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.

4 Deposits and Payments

xh555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit limits. Current limits are displayed within your account deposit interface and may be updated from time to time.

Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your xh555 balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within one to three business hours during standard banking hours in Pakistan. USDT TRC20 deposits require a minimum of one network confirmation before credit is applied.

xh555 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, postal orders, or any payment method not listed above. Deposits made via unrecognised or third-party payment methods may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless xh555 expressly approves an alternative method in writing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may not exceed the player's verified available balance. Bonus funds, free spin winnings subject to active wagering requirements, and funds under fraud review are excluded from available balance until all conditions are met.

Processing Times

xh555 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes for fully verified accounts:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Same business day, typically within two to four hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: One to two business days following approval.
• USDT TRC20: Within four hours of approval, subject to network conditions.

xh555 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is subject to enhanced review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

xh555 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated in the applicable offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in each promotion. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses obtained through collusion, exploitation of system errors, or any form of bonus abuse will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.
• xh555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted the offer will not have its core terms materially changed.

Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, jackpot fishing titles, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. Exact contribution rates are published in each individual bonus offer.

7 Games and Betting Rules

All games available on the xh555 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology independently audited to confirm statistical fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers in a licensed studio environment. xh555 does not modify game outcomes after a wager has been placed.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by xh555 at its sole discretion. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction during a game round or sports betting event, xh555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. xh555's decision regarding voided bets is final.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All cricket bets, including PSL markets, are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).
• In-play bets are accepted in real time. Any bet placed after the accepted cut-off point — even if displayed as pending due to latency — may be voided at xh555's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at point of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted without notice, particularly during high-volume sporting events.
• Obvious pricing errors in betting markets may result in bet voidance. xh555 will provide written notification of any such voidance.

Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the Platform are updated in near real-time but may reflect minor delays. Jackpot wins are validated by the relevant game provider before being credited. In the event of a disputed jackpot outcome, the game provider's server records are the authoritative source of truth.

8 Responsible Gaming

xh555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered players free of charge and can be activated at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net losses over a defined time period. As with deposit limits, reductions are immediate and increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at defined intervals to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choice (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this period, login is disabled and all marketing communications are paused.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the xh555 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected. Minimum exclusion period is six months.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xh555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, including accounts in a different name, using a different device or IP address, or through a proxy or VPN service.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity to fund your xh555 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or mathematical errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a verifiable error must be reported immediately and may be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns to abuse bonus structures.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank or payment provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by xh555.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's servers, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising your xh555 account or any funds, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

xh555 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected criminal activity related to the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the xh555 Platform — including but not limited to the xh555 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of xh555 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from xh555.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the delivery of the Platform.
• Use any xh555 brand assets, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorised by xh555 in writing.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or game mechanics.

Any unauthorised use of xh555's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xh555, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, game information, or other content displayed on the Platform where such content contains typographical errors or is subject to rapid change.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, xh555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments and Termination

Amendments

xh555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xh555 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance before the amended Terms take effect.

Termination by xh555

xh555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; or regulatory obligation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player breach, any verified available balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within 14 business days.

Termination by Player

You may close your xh555 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. All pending wagers will be settled according to their normal outcome; verified available balances will be returned via your last verified payment method within 14 business days of account closure confirmation.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming regulations applicable to the xh555 operating licence. To the extent that Pakistani law applies to any aspect of your use of the Platform, nothing in these Terms operates to exclude mandatory statutory protections available to you under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and xh555, you must first contact the xh555 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within five business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate the matter to xh555's formal complaints department by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." xh555 will provide a written final response within 28 days of receiving a formal complaint.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the above internal process are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to such arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution and waive any right to bring claims in any other court or jurisdiction, except where mandatory law prohibits such waiver.
